Description
2 scholarships will be awarded to citizens of the Republic of India and/or the People's Republic of China.
Selection
The selection is based on the applicants' relative academic excellence, which primarily includes weighted average grade but also home university's stature (including position on global ranking lists) and priority order of the application for Chalmers Master's programmes.
Fields of Study
Applicants to the following Master's programmes are eligible to apply for the scholarship:
Computer Systems & Networks
Sustainable Electric Power Engineering and Electromobility
Software Engineering and Technology
Data Science & AI
High-Performance Computer Systems
Available to
- 1st year Master's programme applicants to one or several of the above listed programmes.
- Citizens of the Republic of India and/or the People's Republic of China who are required to pay tuition fees for Swedish university studies.
Amount
- Covers 100% of the tuition fees (4 semesters/2 year programme)
- In addition, the Volvo Group intends to have close contact with the students during the two years of study. Support offered could include summer internships, Master's thesis project, mentorship and possible employment at VG (employment is subject to VG evaluation at graduation).
